“In 2015, we knew that we needed to do a software conversion and upgrade to a payment system for our locations that required change and integration to be EMV/chip card compliant. At this time, we met with our local company, Reliance Merchant Services, to see if it could work to change our processing over to them during this conversion as Reliance had come highly recommended by our community partners.
