I have had the pleasure of working with Reliance Merchant Services and Mary-Kate Gobleck for the past year. During this time I have received exceptional customer service and have been accommodated immediately if an issue were to arise. Credit card processing companies in the past have charged my store for additional fees that were hidden and unknown to me. I trust Reliance and working with them eases my mind and allows me to concentrate on daily tasks rather than worrying about the maintenance of my credit cad processing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

In June of 2005, our retail pharmacy business burned to the ground and we scrambled to set up a temporary location. Reliance Merchant Services was referred to us by our bank when our current provider was rude and unhelpful in getting our machine replaced and service back up quickly. On a Friday morning, as we panicked about the weekend customers, Reliance Merchant Services was able to get our account approved and hand deliver a new machine within 6 hours of my initial phone call to their office. It's amazing how important this type of reliable service can be for a small business.
