Mary Kate is a 1993 graduate of Fordham College and has worked in the merchant services industry for over 10 years. Previous to merchant services, Mary Kate has worked for a Wall Street Investment Bank obtaining a Series 7 and Series 63 license. After a break in Colorado, she joined a financial Dotcom and there learned the e-commerce industry. She resides in Ridgefield, CT with her husband and two young daughters. Mary Kate maintains and optimizes all current partner and alliance relationships for the company. She actively prospects future referral partners including banks, associations, and web development companies. Sandra Griffin, VP Client Services  sgriffin@reliancemerchantservices.com Sandie Griffin has been with RMS since its inception in 2004 and has been in the merchant services industry since 2001. Sandie is originally from Westchester, NY and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the State University at Oneonta. Sandie currently resides in Dutchess County NY with her husband and two year old son. Sandie oversees all aspects of customer relations and internal sales. Sandie is an expert in problem solving any customer service issues. She is also responsible for client retention including new technology logistics and ongoing customer education on value added products and services. Margaret McGrath, Business Development  mmcgrath@reliancemerchantservices.com Meg began with Reliance in February of 2008. A 1985 graduate of Holy Cross, Meg has been involved in educational television as a corporate writer, and freelance writing projects, and a substitute teacher. Meg resides in Fairfield, CT with her four children. Meg handles business development in lower Fairfield County. She specializes in partner relationship management. Anne Conway, Regional Sales Director  aconway@reliancemerchantservices.com Anne Conway comes to RMS from a background in the advertising and financial world. She spent six years as a Loan Officer at Advanced Financial Services based in Rhode Island. Prior to that, she worked in Broadcast & Programming on the Coca-Cola account for McCann-Erickson in New York City. A 1992 graduate of Roger Williams University with a BA in Corporate Communications and Marketing, Anne resides in Newport, RI where she has had her home for the past seven years. Anne is taking on the expansion of RMS's client base by prospecting businesses throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Upper Connecticut. She is also responsible for establishing referral partnerships in those areas. |
