Mary Kate started Reliance Merchant services from a home office in early 2004. Mary Kate is a 1993 graduate of Fordham University and has worked in the merchant services industry for over 15 years. Previous to merchant services, Mary Kate has worked for a Wall Street Investment Bank obtaining a Series 7 and Series 63 license. After a break in Colorado, she joined a financial Dotcom and there learned the e-commerce industry. She resides in Ridgefield, CT with her husband and two daughters and young son.
Mary Kate maintains and optimizes all current partner and alliance relationships for the company. She actively prospects future referral partners including banks, associations, and web development companies.
Heli joined Reliance in 2011 and manages all financial reporting, payroll accounting and bookkeeping services. Heli also manages the PCI Compliance division for all clients of Reliance. She has worked in the past for financial publishing and marketing companies before establishing a bookkeeping business. Heli is a 1991 graduate of the Univ. of Connecticut and lives in Ridgefield with her husband and 3 children.
Barb joined RMS in 2013 bringing a marketing and customer service background expertise from marketing agencies in Ridgefield, Greenwich, New York City, Wilton and Westport. Most recently she booked events for a local community center, while increasing memberships and handling many fundraisers for the non-profit organization. Barb is also on the Board of Directors for Ridgefield Sunrise Cottage a home to developmentally disabled adults. She lives in Ridgefield with her husband.
Barb handles client services for new clients including training on terminals and iPads as well as troubleshoots customer issues. Her duties also include handling public relations and media: writing press releases, placing articles in local publications. She is responsible for client retention and communication.
