Reliance Merchant Services, Inc throws “Client Appreciation Party”

On March 25th,  Mary Kate Gobleck, President of Reliance Merchant Services partnered with two of her Main Street clients, Parker East Dry Goods and Olley Court to host a client appreciation party. Refreshments were served and the retail stores stayed open late and offered discounts. The night was an opportunity to show all their local merchants how much they respect their business, especially with all the challenges that retail merchants are experiencing in this economy. Reliance Merchant Services understands that tough times call for true client appreciation.

Reliance Merchant Services offers a unique and different approach to merchant services: a local office with in-house customer service.  Ms Gobleck commented that “We have had the same service model since I started the company more than 6 years ago but in this economy, it is crucial to provide exceptional service and therefore we are seeing an increase in new clients.  We achieve this every day with our award winning in-house customer service staff.” Reliance Merchant Services provides credit card processing to all businesses including non-profits, seasonal accounts, and one-time events.

Party Hosts were Susan Buzaid and Robin Curnan, co-owners of Olley Court, 418 Main Street and Katra Sowah, owner of Parker East Dry Goods, 420 Main Street.
